ORDER FULFILLMENT

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. This does not include weekends and holidays.

Please note that as we try our best to process your orders as swiftly as possible, it may be difficult to make a cancellation even if we are notified within 24 hours. In that case, we will happily offer you a return label for you to return your order upon receipt.

SHIPPING

For Standard Shipping, orders are shipped out through Canada Post, allowing us to offer fast delivery of items in 3-5 business days (excluding processing time) within the Canada.

While we try our best to deliver your items in the speediest manner, Byarianna.com does not guarantee specific delivery times. You may track your order at any time using the tracking number Byarianna.com provides to you after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that for orders above $100.00, a signature will be required upon delivery.

For Two Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping, orders are shipped out through Canada Post or UPS. Orders must be placed Monday through Friday by 1:00 pm EST; otherwise, they will be processed on the following business day. Please note that expedited shipping cannot be offered for P.O. Boxes.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

The holiday buying season causes a spike in shipping that can overwhelm carriers and delay packages. At Byarianna.com, we make every effort to process and ship your purchase swiftly, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit during the holiday season. Please shop early to ensure your items are delivered on time.

LOST ITEMS

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost items.

We understand that sometimes things can get lost along the way.

If there is a substantial delay in the delivery of your order, we suggest contacting your local post office with your tracking number to expedite the shipping process.

 

If your package was marked as delivered by the mail carrier, but you have not received it, please make sure to double check you have input the correct address in your initial order. If there is an error, your order is most likely on its way to us and we will ship it right back out to your correct address!

If your address and information are correct, please check with your local post office. 15 days after the initial delivery, you will be able to file a missing mail search with Canada Post. We will need for you to share this search ID in order to assist you further.

 

STOLEN ITEMS

Please note that we are not responsible for any stolen items.

If your package was stolen, please file a mail theft claim with Canada Post, as well as a complaint with your local police station.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

As it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order, it is also our responsibility to ship to the address provided to us. Please make sure to input the correct shipping address when placing your order. Unfortunately, if a package was delivered to the wrong address due to a mistake on your end, it would be difficult to offer you a refund or replacement.  If you have access to the location or are able to contact the current resident, we suggest reaching out to them in regards to your package. You can also try submitting a missing mail request to Canada post and see if you can have it returned to you.
