How-To
- Apply METAL EYES from the inner to the outer edge of the upper lash line. Close the eye and pull the lid gently before drawing a line.
- For step one, wiggle the pencil in between the lashes, which will make them look thicker
- For step two, make the line thicker if desired
- Smudge to blend or tone out
